to Reset Outlook 2016 / 2013 to First Run State for Clean & Fresh
Profile
- Exit Outlook completely (make sure outlook.exe is not running in Task Manager).
- Open Command prompt as administrator from user account who is using the Outlook.
- Run the following command
For Outlook 2016
reg.exe
delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Profiles\Outlook
/f
reg.exe
add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Profiles\Outlook
For Outlook 2013
reg.exe delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Profiles\Outlook /f
reg.exe add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Profiles\Outlook
