Laravel Latest Version not installed When running install command | Laravel | PHP

 This is the common problem that when you are trying to install new laravel but its not install latest version at all.

So the problem is can be raise for your composer version.

For example laravel 8 need composer 2 for downloading if you have below version 2 composer will install the below version of laravel so try to up to date of your composer.

Hope this will help someone.

and remember if your version also lower you will get warning or error so try to keep php and composer up to date.
